This is a double up challenge due to the first one arriving late:
Nuclear Mutated animals are spreading across the countryside, either via the reactor meltdown,
or because they got there from somewhere else.

The Kingdom of Kantonia has decided to heal these Nuclear-type pokemon using the strange device that was found. Also Mewtwo is looking in to making more of this device in case a nation declares war or more pokemon get radiation.
