A New Nation Emerges

A new nation has emerged, from what was once called Southeastern Canada. This nation, called Kantonia, is an kingdom, with the species of Pokemon being many different shapes, sizes and colors. Each of them has up to four techniques that they have mastered, ranging from being helpful, to destructive. The leader of this nation is a super-smart being named Mewtwo, that which can teleport and use telepathy. This nation's population are separated into different categories, and the residents are classified based on the types of skills or techniques that they have learned. Considered the most powerful classification, Mewtwo belongs to the Psychic type. Most of these citizens are fairly nice to each other, however some are known to be too eager to battle. Mewtwo is a protective Pokemon that is distrustful and somewhat hostile towards other races.

The first person who replies and tells me what character said ^^this^^ quote gets a squadron of Genesect robots for their army. Also, I know that Genesect is not from Kanto, but The Kingdom of Kantonia has Pokemon from every region.

Celestiaran quickly sends an ambassador to this new country, seeking to prevent
enviormental damage or this new country joining Quycla. The Head Council of Celestiaran
itself greets the leader, mewto, and talks about the enviorment and Geopolitics. A treaty
has been put on the table to get Kantonia's aid in the war against Quycla.
